Tier: - Tier 2 /3

Lab Operations and QA support

5 + years of experience in lab (devices) operations management or a related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in handling devices, device testing, MH (Mobile Harness).
Experience in devices power testing and functional testing on Android devices.
Support devices setup / flashing builds, phone pairing.
Troubleshoot power test failures and document analysis details Identify and report bugs.
Experience creating replicable processes.
Comfortable handling hardware tools.
Metrics and Reporting:
Develop KPIs and measurement metrics for lab operations.
Regular monitoring and Reporting of Inventory updates.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management and E&O reduction.
Work with cross-functional teams to refine tools and processes for better end-to-end
Inventory control.
Preferred Skills
Experience in mobile and wearable device testing.
Experience with Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
Experience in inventory management, supply chain management.
