      We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DevOps Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving problems, be proficient in Jenkins, Tekton, Harness and Openshift, and have 5-8 years of experience in DevOps and continuous software delivery.

      As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and delivery pipeline. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of software releases. You will have strong hands-on experience in the areas of CI/CD, Infrastructure management, and Site Reliability Engineering. This role will be responsible for modernizing and optimizing technology platforms, infrastructure, and technology controls, as well as develop engineering solutions to increase system reliability, availability, and reduce technical debt.

      You will be working on fast-paced, highly visible, challenging projects and engaging with multiple Engineering team leads. You are expected to be a self-starter with hands-on technology and contribute by providing new ideas and brings in value adds by Streamlining the DevOps Process and being able to deliver faster releases and reducing the MTTR without compromising the security and quality. You are expected to contribute to the foundational changes that increase performance, reliability and robustness of systems that benefit large sections of people, envision and formulate solutions to infrastructure problems while thinking like a DevOps Engineer.

      Responsibilities:

      • You are a Member of an DevOps organization with focus to standardize, Improve the DevOps Process. enhance lower environment and application ecosystem stability, reduce operation support cost, and Improve overall Developer experience
      • You will Implement DevOps automation and perform a role to manage clusters in agreed container platform tools
      • You will Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our control environment through automation and adoption of best practices.
      • You will Lead implementation and adoption of secure coding practices via automated CI/CD pipelines.
      • You will Improve CI/CD tools integration/operations, and enable full automation of CI/testing
      • You will Develop, scale, and control strategies, standards, guidelines, governance of Continuous Integration systems
      • You will Implement Agile and scrum process and be responsible for developing objectives, strategies, Scope, automation procedures and automation frameworks.
      • You will Collaborate with internal development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality and Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline

      Must Have

      As a successful DevOps Engineer, you should be able to demonstrate a solid technical experience with ability learn and adopt to new technologies. You are expected to have exceptional communication skills, be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, and highly innovative.

      • Version Control system: Experience in any two of the tools - BitBucket, GitLab, GitHub
      • Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery tools : Tekton, Harness, Jenkins, uDeploy, TeamCity, SonarQube, Artifactory/Nexus, SonarQube, jFrog Artifactory
      • Strong experience in Container Orchestration and Management platforms like OpenShift
      • Strong experience in Containerization Technologies: Experience in Docker, K8’s Helm
      • Excellent knowledge of Agile ways of working
      • Strong experience in one or more ALM tools like JIRA, Confluence
      • Strong scripting skills in Groovy, MAVEN, Gradle, ANT
      • Lead in the Adoption of Continuous Delivery and Automation of Platform Services
      • Ability to explain and demonstrate the suitability of various branching models
      • Architectural leadership experience with microservices and distributed applications, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
      • Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
      • Should be able Identify and Implement Infrastructure Resilience Improvements
      • Participate in Cross-Functional Projects, and Take Ownership of Individual Feature Efforts
      • Implement Monitoring Tools and Dashboards for Various Services and Operations for the Platform Following the Enterprise Monitoring Strategy and Tools
      • Self-starter with attention to detail, ability to thrive in ambiguity, lead by influence, and ability to prioritize getting the right things done
      • Mentor and train junior members of the team

      Good to have

      • Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Ansible Tower, Terraform, Chef
      • Handle capacity planning, provisioning and scaling of the Configuration Management and Release Management tools and Prior experience in supporting enterprise level deployment that includes boot strapping, provisioning, configuring and application deployments
      • Experience in configuring any two of the industry log management tools - Splunk, LogStash, ELK
      • Experience in configuring applications for monitoring one or more of these tools - Preferably in Appdynamics
      • Cloud Technologies: Good to have in any CSP like AWS, Azure, GCP
      • Experience with architecting and automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.
      • Good to have Experience in Java / Angular Technologies
      • Business Analytical skills, visualization capability
      • Compelling storyteller, with exceptional interpersonal & presentation skills to articulate complex information at all levels of organizations
      • Strong customer presence, demonstrated ability to engage and influence architecture governance layers

      Qualifications:

      • 5-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps Role
      • Extensive experience in SCM, Build, Deployment Management, and Implementing CI/CD
      • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects working on a 24*7 operation team
      • Strong technical and analytical skills
      • Intermediate level experience in Applications Development or Support role
      • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
      • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
      • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements


      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
