      Job Description : Cloud Devops Engineer - On site in CURITIBA - Brazil

      The Cloud Devops Engineer (System Engineer?) contributes to the advancement of cloud /on-prem/hybrid strategy. The primary focus of this role includes Configuring, developing, communicating and implementing robust infrastructure and business applications. This role works closely with stakeholders to integrate API with CI/CD process and deploy Applications to distributed environment and support fully automated pipelines with DevOps best practices.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Setup and support VMs, Configure VMs(unix/linux/windows) and install required software
      • Develop automated scripts to manage application and integrate with existing components
      • Ensuring system availability with Application and infrastructure monitoring alerts
      • Assist production and non-production troubleshooting , hands on experience with shell commands
      • Develop runbooks, installation steps, guidelines with industry best practices
      • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all infrastructure needs are addressed and in compliance with Regions policy and standards.
      • Develop and enhance build and deployment tools
      • In depth understanding of Network topology, load balancer, firewall policies and other traffic routing and network hops.
      • Support end to end traffic routing via API gateway global load balancer, System, process and experience layer APIs to other backend systems.
      • Support performance testing with dedicated environment setup
      • Mentoer and support other engineers and new team member.
      • Working on JIRA tickets following Agile methodology
      • Managing service now tickets. Vulnerabilities and remediation plan.

      This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field and four years (4) years of Information Technology experience to include some relevant DevOps experience
      • Or High School Diploma or GED and eight (8) years of Information Technology experience to include some relevant DevOps experience

      ?Preferences

      • At least 5 years of experience in managing UNIX/Linux servers
      • At least 2 year Experience Kubernetes based cluster management
      • At least 2 year experience with MuleSoft Ecosystem
      • Familiarity with network ,system and API security(OAuth) concepts
      • Experience in building and configuring Ci/CD pipelines

      Skills and Competencies

      • MuleSoft ecosystem, RTF installation, API deployment, Any point monitoring
      • Hands on with Kubernetes based cluster management (OpenShift)
      • Hands on with shell scripting and running cli commands on unix/linux boxes.
      • Strong knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace and other monitoring and logging solutions
      • Proficient in one of the programming/scripting languages(like:Java/python/C#)
      • Good knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure ? Compute ? Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Virtual Machines (VM’s),
