What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement automation tools and platform solutions as part of the software development life cycle
- Write and update code, scripts, and programs to support infrastructure and application automation
- Monitor system performance and resource use, providing recommendations for efficiency improvements
- Provide technical support and consulting to customers and development teams on platform tools and systems
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and resilient by implementing security protocols and practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, application development, or enterprise systems
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Docker containers and AWS managed services (S3, Lambda, EC2, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git-based source control and AWS CloudFormation or Cloud Development Kit (CDK)
- Basic knowledge of networking and Internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
