      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build automation tools to streamline resource allocation for internal and external customers
      - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
      - Ensure at least 99.9% uptime across all managed customers
      - Work on major projects, including infrastructure automation, creating new monitors and alerts, and developing tooling
      - Take ownership of the onboarding process for new customers under the company's cloud-first initiative

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
      - 5+ years of professional DevOps experience at a PaaS or SaaS company
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience with containerization and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
      - Experience operating JVM-based applications at scale, including garbage collection analysis and heap tuning
      - Familiarity with developing SaaS infrastructure and the SaaS deployment model

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with large-scale distributed systems management, maintaining hundreds to thousands of instances across multiple cloud environments
      - Proficiency in automating with Terraform
      - System administration skills (Linux, basic networking, basic storage systems)
