What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the migration of VM technologies into Kubernetes environments
- Automate processes to eliminate manual interventions in deployments
- Architect solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot distributed AI/ML technologies in the cloud
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of production support experience, preferably in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience in migrating VM technologies into Kubernetes
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, shell, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of containerization with Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Crossplane or Terraform
- Familiarity with compliance environments like Hi-Trust/SOC2
- Understanding of operations security practices
- Experience with frameworks for distributed machine learning/AI, such as Azure OpenAI or TensorFlow
