      DEVOPS Engineer with preference for IAM experience, 32 - 40 hours per week, Hengelo
      As an IAM engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the IAM systems and processes within the organization. Your main objective is to ensure the seamless operation, integration, and continuous improvement of IAM tools.

      The team

      The "Identity and Access Management IAM’’ Agile squad ensures that our Thales Netherlands colleagues are provided with IAM applications that properly meet the security needs of the company. From the Hengelo location, we provide support to the 4 Thales offices in the Netherlands. You do so in a squad which consists of 8 team members.


      The key tasks are:

      • Integration: Work on the integration of IAM systems within a complex environment
      • System Management: Maintain and administer IAM systems to ensure high availability, performance, reliability and security.
      • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation of IAM tools and applications.
      • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IAM processes, system configurations, and best practices.

      Why you are a good match
      We are looking for a new colleague who:

      • Preferably has completed an HBO education or has been working on that level for several years.
      • Is knowledgeable in security concepts and integrates them into daily work
      • Has proven track record with Active Directory.
      • Experience with tools like Sailpoint, CyberArk, or Keycloak is a bonus. If you don’t have this experience, we will help you gain it as soon as possible.
      • Has experience with or is willing to learn in the following IAM areas: IGA, PAM or AM
      • Has experience with Windows or Linux server environments.
      • Wants to work in a department that has embraced Agile working methodologies and culture.
      • Is fluent in English language, spoken and written.
