What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day operational support for applications, including incident response, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Assist in maintaining and updating continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure efficient application deployment
- Monitor application and system performance using tools such as AWS CloudWatch and ELK Stack
- Support the setup and configuration of environments for development, testing, and production in AWS or other cloud platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in application support, systems administration, or DevOps-related work
- Familiarity with the .NET stack
- Basic experience with version control tools like Git
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus
- Previous Federal Consulting Experience
