Job Description:
Territory Management:
- Develop and grow the assigned territory in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present service activities and offerings to customers.
Technical Support:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for DEXIS Imaging products.
- Manage escalated issues and support dealer partners for service and installs.
- Serve as a technical liaison in the assigned territory.
- Handle customer escalations and execute technical projects.
Mentorship and Training:
- Mentor and support Field Support team members.
- Coordinate direct installations within the assigned territory.
- Ensure dealer technical training needs are met and documented.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of formal higher education or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience in a field environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Additional Information:
- All travel-related expenses are covered, and a company car is provided.
- This position may require up to 50% overnight travel.
- Ideal candidate would live in the Fort Lauderdale, FL or Miami, FL area.
- Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and working at odd angles.
