      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide oversight and support to the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Patient Safety Program Points of Contact (POCs)
      - Conduct Proactive Risk Assessment (PRA) and Performance Improvement (PI) activities
      - Assist with Comprehensive Systematic Analysis (CSA) such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on patient safety events
      - Coordinate and ensure completion of healthcare team training
      - Verify completion of action plans and follow-up on implemented actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Public Trust Investigation required. Active Secret clearance or higher preferred
      - Master's degree in nursing, health care administration, or equivalent
      - Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience at the healthcare facility level
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools
      - Experience with RCAs, PRAs, and program management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Military experience and/or experience in a Military Treatment Facility (MTF)
      - Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) and/or Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) standards
      - Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Previous experience in multidisciplinary forums and DoD committees
