What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve revenue and management by objectives (MBO) targets through effective territory sales planning
- Build and maintain relationships with key leaders to drive acceptance of lab offerings
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Utilize sales technology to analyze market trends and improve sales outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a sales environment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with a history for the last 36 months
- Strong business solutions and consulting experience
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships with clients and sales leadership
- Experience in educating and training sales teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in lab sales or distribution
- B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with team selling of lab products
- Experience in Physician Office Labs (POL)
- Proficiency with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
