- 7 years of experience maintaining/repairing forklifts (diesel and/or propane)
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power train.
- Good expertise with hand and power tools.
- Maintain and repair heavy-duty equipment, including forklifts, dozers, and front loaders.
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret specifications and manuals.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Diesel Forklift Mechanic
We are currently hiring for an experienced Diesel Forklift Mechanic in the Baltimore area! The role involves maintaining and repairing heavy-duty equipment, including forklifts, dozers, front loaders, and other machinery. This will include basic repair knowledge and troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic, power train, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities
This is a mixture of working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year. You must be comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm, with some overtime available. Reliability is crucial, especially during inclement weather when we supply salt for road clearing.
