  What You'll Do:

  • Share your expertise in engine diagnostics and overhaul (Cummins, Detroit, Paccar and more)
  • Demonstrate advanced electrical troubleshooting techniques and A/C system diagnosis
  • Train students on the systems you know best - from automated transmissions to custom chassis configurations
  • Provide hands-on instruction in our state-of-the-art diesel shop environment
  • Help develop curriculum that reflects real-world repair scenarios you've mastered
  • Mentor students who are eager to learn from someone who's been in the trenches
  • Build the next generation of technicians for our Partnership program

  Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Heavy Equipment Technician experience
  • Komatsu or Caterpillar experience preferred
  • OEM certifications that set you apart (Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, Western Star, Cascadia, etc.)
  • Experience with electronic and mechanical diagnosis of powertrain and chassis systems
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles from bumper to bumper
  • Strong electrical diagnostic skills and A/C system repair experience
  • ASE certifications (T4, T5, T6, and T8 preferred) or willingness to obtain
  • EPA 609 certification
  • High school diploma/GED (Associate's degree in Diesel Technology a plus)
