CRISTA Ministries (u201CCRISTAu201D) is a Christian church community that exists to exercise and express its Christian beliefs. At the core of our Christian church community is the belief that as Christians, we are part of the priesthood of all believers, set forth in I Peter 2. We believe this priesthood calling rests upon all Christians and is a foundational, spiritual practice of our CRISTA community. The Dietary Aide is responsible for table service to residents. Provide Christ-centric customer service that aligns with CRISTAu2019s values . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

DUTIES

• Properly take food orders from residents and deliver their food to them in a courteous and considerate manner.
• Maintain knowledge of food handling and infection control, including HACCP standards in order to maintain a sanitary dining room and kitchen area.
• Management problems as they arise in the dining room.
• Attend scheduled meetings and in-services.u00A0
• Complete all annual required training .
• Assist with catering and special events as assigned.
• Train new employees
• Assist with washing and putting away the dishes.
• Properly use all job-related food equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Work collaboratively with supervisor , coworkers and residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION

• Read, write, communicate and interpret English at a functional level.
• Adhere to CRISTA dress code standards .
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using while numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to perform operations using money, weight measurement and volume.

• Ability to work an early morning shift from 6:00AM - 2:30PM.
