CRISTA Ministries (u201CCRISTAu201D) is a Christian church community that exists to exercise and express its Christian beliefs. At the core of our Christian church community is the belief that as Christians, we are part of the priesthood of all believers, set forth in I Peter 2. We believe this priesthood calling rests upon all Christians and is a foundational, spiritual practice of our CRISTA community. This priesthood calling evokes within us the response to view our work as our ministry. We believe that all representatives of our community are ministers of the gospel and play equally important roles in exercising, expressing and teaching our beliefs (I Corinthians 12: 17-23).

CRISTA exists to make known the love of Jesus Christ through demonstrated works of service and ministry. POSITION SUMMARY

The Dietary Aide is responsible for table service to residents. Provide Christ-centric customer service that aligns with CRISTAu2019s values . S et up and clear dining room tables and performing other duties as required.u00A0 This position is an integral part of Senior Livingu2019s mission of providing joy and purpose to the lives of our residents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

DUTIES

• Properly take food orders from residents and deliver their food to them in a courteous and considerate manner.
• Maintain knowledge of food handling and infection control, including HACCP standards in order to maintain a sanitary dining room and kitchen area.
• Management problems as they arise in the dining room.
• Attend scheduled meetings and in-services.u00A0
• Complete all annual required training .
• Assist with catering and special events as assigned.
• Train new employees
• Assist with washing and putting away the dishes.
• Properly use all job-related food equipment in a safe and effective manner.
• Work collaboratively with supervisor , coworkers and residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Engages our ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices.
