      We’re hiring Dietary Aides to join our Nutrition Services team at Harris Hill skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, a trusted McGuire Group facility. If you’ve worked in food service, a restaurant, or kitchen—or just love helping others—this is a great opportunity to get started in a stable and rewarding field!

      Responsibilities

      • Assist with meal prep, food portioning, and tray setup

      • Deliver meals to residents in dining rooms or patient rooms

      • Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas

      • Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment

      • Follow dietary restrictions and meal guidelines as directed

      • Communicate with nursing staff and kitchen team to meet resident needs

      Requirements

      • No prior experience required – we provide full training!

      • Food service or kitchen experience (restaurant, fast food, cafeteria) preferred

      • Must be dependable and willing to learn

      • Ability to follow directions and work in a team

      • Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

      • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
