Job Description
- Req#: 103157
- Attends interdisciplinary team meetings as requested and provides input regarding clients' nutritional needs.
- Ensures Medicaid compliance in area of dietetics and nutrition.
- Completes annual nutritional assessments for each client and reports such problems with dietary recommendations to the treatment team.
- Prepares quarterly reports of dietary and nutritional progress (e.g., charts treatment plans and progress notes).
- Trains clients and in-services staff regarding proper nutrition and compliance with the dietary prescriptions.
- Confers with food service personnel, management and direct care staff regarding quality control, effectiveness, and efficiency of food service system.
