      Job summary

      This post is fixed term for 15 months from start date due to apprenticeship contract.

      The Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Group within the Children, Young People and Family Health Services Directorate is investing in it's future workforce and looking to support individuals to develop their skills to achieve a career in an administration role within Cardiff & Vale UHB.

      We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to learn from our friendly administration team. The successful applicant should have a proactive and friendly attitude, good communication skills and be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn. The roleinvolves a full range of administrative and secretarial services across multi-disciplinary teams to support effective and efficient administration function to our clinical and non-clinical services.       Main duties of the job

      To provide an efficient and effective clerical and administration support service to a designated team in accordance with Health Boards policies and procedures.

      To attend regular review meetings with the supervisor and assessor, leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Skills for Business Level 2.

      This qualification consists of:

      Apprenticeship Level 2 Diploma in Digital Skills for Business

      Agored Diploma in Digital Skills for Business (QCF)

      Level 1 Essential Skills

      Prentis-iaith Welsh Language Development
