What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote digital in-basket management, including triage, lab review, and prescription refill responses
- Conduct limited telehealth visits in collaboration with on-site clinical support teams
- Review and manage patient information, including labs and diagnostic images
- Communicate effectively with on-site staff for scheduling and patient assessments
- Document all relevant information in the electronic health record system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a licensed MD/DO, Physician Assistant, or Family Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 3 years of experience for NP or PA-C candidates; 1 year for MD/DO candidates
- Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program or Physician Assistant Program
- Current California Provider certification/licensing and medication furnishing license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
