What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Foster positive relationships with dental offices, providing tailored insights and support to drive adoption of the digital platform
- Perform customer assessments and collaborate with doctors to establish goals and work paths for full adoption of the scanner
- Provide clinical support, training, and guidance to maximize scanner utilization and improve patient education and case acceptance
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor progress, diagnose results, and identify opportunities for growth
- Work with sales and support functions to discuss the value proposition of additional scanners and prioritize opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; training or consulting role preferred
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the health industry
- High level of proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and SFDC
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, etc.)
- Experience in a dental or orthodontic practice management role
- Knowledge of dental/hygienist practice trends and changes
