      Job Description

      Interested in growing and expanding your digital advertising skills in a fast-paced role within a supportive remote team? Concentrix is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist. In this role, you will be working hands-on within digital marketing platforms to deliver best-in-class Programmatic Display, Paid Social and Paid Search, in collaboration with the Sr. Specialists, Digital. This role may include digital advertising evaluation, recommendation, activation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting to produce results for clients across multiple industries.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Implement and execute campaigns across digital channels (including but not limited to paid search, paid social, and programmatic display), with a focus on flawless execution
      • Collaborate with the team to ensure proper setup and management of campaigns, following best practices, and working toward increased automation and greater scale
      • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations to meet and exceed goals
      • Report performance of digital marketing campaigns, including metrics, comparison against historical or forecasts, and insights
      • Proactively identify trends and anomalies, sharing updates and suggesting solutions as needed
      • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
      • Perform regular deep dives to maximize performance, such as optimization audits, keyword research, creative analysis, etc.
      • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry trends to drive excellence in planning, execution, reporting, optimization, etc.
      • Assist Digital Marketing Managers and/or Digital Advertising Managers in the development of digital marketing strategies and innovations

      Essential Qualifications

      Education/Experience:

      1-3 Years of Digital Advertising, with hands-on experience in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and/or a programmatic DSP.

      B.A. or equivalent mix of experience and education.

      Skills:

      • Microsoft Excel experience, with ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing data. Certifications such as Google Ads or Analytics preferred. Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing preferred.

      • Demonstrated strong attention to details and follow-through.

      • Clear, effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with ability to adapt to different settings and audiences.

      • Versatility to work well in a collaborative remote team while also thriving as an independent contributor.

      • Lifelong learning mindset, with a desire to grow your expertise.

      • Initiative and resourcefulness: plan effectively, anticipate and investigate issues, engage in troubleshooting, reach out for information and clarity, and recommend solutions and innovations.

      The base salary range for this position is $49400- $61,000 CAD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, RRSP retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
