      Summary
      Allegiant is looking for an energetic and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage existing digital advertising programs and help bring them to the next level. The Digital Advertising Specialist will primarily take on the day-to-day oversight and management of Allegiant’s paid social campaigns as well as provide support for the existing SEM program.

      Minimum Requirements
      Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
      Education: Bachelor’s Degree
      Education Details: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent education/experience.

      Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience directly with digital advertising (combination of display, social media, and/or SEM).

      Preferred Requirements
      •Advanced critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
      •Strong knowledge and experience in paid social advertising and campaign management.
      •Experience collaborating and building relationships with agencies or vendors.
      •Depth of knowledge in campaign set-up, segmentation, and structure.
      •SEM campaign management experience (Google and Bing).
      •Experience optimizing campaigns to achieve low CPAs and high ROAS.
      •Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.

      Job Duties
      •Strategize, execute, and manage existing paid social campaigns.
      •Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and strictly adhering to budgets.
      •Oversee A/B testing parameters.
      •Troubleshoot tag, pixel, and creative implementation to ensure successful campaign execution.
      •Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports.
      •Collaborate and foster relationships with agency partners to optimize programmatic display campaigns and monitor performance.
      •Explore new and emerging social and advertising platforms to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
      •Keep up to date on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.
      •Work closely with SEM Specialist to support CPC campaign management and reporting needs.
      •Other duties as assigned.

May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
