      Job Description

      About the Role:

      We are seeking a results-driven, highly competitive, and strategic-minded Strategic Accounts Sales Manager to manage a highly technical and commercial group of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs). This function would provide leadership and guidance over a group of SAMs that manage the company’s selling efforts into our high-value client. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing Annual Operating Planning (AOP), market trend and analysis, and executive engagements (internal and external).

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide leadership for SAM’s in support to nurture relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
      • Support SAM’s to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth within assigned accounts.
      • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence within existing accounts.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to optimize client engagement.
      • Support SAM’s to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to align with company objectives and client needs.
      • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
      • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

      Qualifications & Skills:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
      • Proven track record in strategic account management and sales, preferably in [industry].
      • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies with measurable results.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Technical expertise in O&G applications
      • Technical expertise in Process Measurement, Process Control Systems, Artificial Lift Solutions, and Digital (Preferred)
