- Collect, analyze, interpret and report on data from various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email, and online advertising campaigns to enable data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Use analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Access, organize, and transform data in order to build and maintain dashboards that highlight weekly, monthly and ad-hoc performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, DTC, Editorial and Brand, to drive the success of marketing strategies.
- Produce strategic insights for growth by generating actionable insights aimed at boosting revenue, improving conversion rates, and optimizing the user journey from click-to-cart.
- Be the subject matter expert in assisting Digital & Editorial Teams in building dashboards that connect the business.
- Understand customer churn and related reporting at a customer and product level.
- Creates presentations to highlight analysis and tell a story with data, making complex insights accessible and engaging for stakeholders who may not have a deep technical understanding
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytics role with the focus on digital marketing and ecommerce.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and an appetite to learn new systems.
- Technical knowledge of data visualization techniques (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio) & working SQL knowledge.
- Advanced user of Google Analytics (ideally with GA4 experience)

- Data Analysis: Possess a strong ability to analyze large datasets, draw meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools is essential for effective decision-making.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, A/B Testing, affiliate, paid advertising and email marketing, is crucial. Must be adept at tracking and interpreting digital campaigns' performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Web Analytics Mastery: Proficiency in utilizing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. The ability to extract valuable information to enhance user experiences and drive online success is key.
- Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, brand, digital, editorial, and e-commerce, fosters a holistic approach to digital analysis. Strong collaboration ensures that insights are integrated into overall business strategies effectively.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential to convey complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner to diverse stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensure data-driven insights drive informed decision-making.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability given that the digital landscape changes so quickly. Staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging technologies ensures the application of the latest and most effective analytical approaches.

The Position: The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for data-driven decision-making within the digital marketing team. Leveraging a diverse skill set, this person will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, extracting valuable insights, and translating them into actionable strategies to enhance our digital presence. Your expertise in data analysis, digital marketing channels, and web analytics will contribute to optimizing campaigns, developing dashboards, improving user experiences, and ultimately fostering business growth.
