ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity to work as an Analyst in Artificial Intelligence, Strategy & Execution (AISE). In this role, you will use advanced analytical knowledge and skills to influence decision making and strategic direction based on analysis and insights you provide to experience teams and business partners to enhance and implement automation and contact flows within the Enterprise Contact Centers. Your work will align to support contact center business goals and outcomes to improve user experience and improve operational efficiency to better serve Customers, Agents, and Employees.
The selected candidate will focus on analytics to support Generative AI implementations and use within the contact centers. This work will provide efficiency and adoption opportunities to better understand the impacts and integration of Generative AI solutions within business processes and help steer strategic direction. The candidate will also support automated contact flow implementations within the contact centers to identify opportunities for efficiency optimization. The candidate should have experience with multi-variate, time series, and experimentation analysis, and the ability to leverage business acumen to provide insights and recommendations based off data analysis.
