Conduct social listening queries and reports to gather and present on valuable insights into online conversations, industry trends, and brand sentiment.

Leverage performance data and competitive analysis to generate comprehensive reports that offer strategic insights for performance improvement on paid, owned and earned strategies.

Dive into web analytics to assess and optimize website and content performance

Propose strategic recommendations derived from performance learnings to enhance digital strategies.

Collaborate closely with the Social Media Intern on summer project

Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.

Familiarity with social listening / analytics tools or willingness to learn

Proven experience in competitive analysis, demonstrating a strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with the team.

Proven time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality content and execution.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree as a Sophomore to Senior with a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from our New York, NY office.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $19.00 - $23.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
