What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end data analysis, process oversight, and team development
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to assess campaigns and site features
- Create measurement plans and align learning agendas with stakeholders
- Build relationships with core stakeholders and vendors for data feeds
- Present findings and recommended strategies to key stakeholders and senior leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital/eCommerce, analytics, or product management
- Expertise in web analytic tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Adobe Workspace or Tableau
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with testing/optimization platforms, such as Optimizely or Adobe Target
- Experience with customer data or marketing, including SQL and database knowledge
