      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for the delivery of a portion of the overall marketing strategy in the form of a portfolio of small to medium programs, capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include owning or supporting marketing operations including performance, risks and controls, production audits/exams/maintenance, and content management. Job expectations include owning day to day relationships with key business partners, solving moderate to complex business problems and independently driving strategic marketing improvements and solutions.

      This role is responsible for driving the execution of digital marketing programs, focusing on key consumer audiences. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative and innovative team where you will partner across marketing and agencies to develop campaigns. The ability to combine critical thinking with diligent campaign delivery and execution is critical to this role.

      Responsibilities:

      • Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive growth.

      • Leverage digital channels, including mobile and desktop paid search, social, email, ATM, and placements on digital properties.

      • Integrate closely with marketing strategy leads to develop digital marketing plans and provide input on overall marketing strategy.

      • Lead and provide clear input during creative review routines to ensure customer experience alignment with strategy, measurement requirements, and channel fit guidelines.

      • Partner with teams inside and outside the organization, including marketing strategy, digital channels, media, and agencies, to ensure integration.

      • Develop test and learn opportunities to improve performance.

      • Regularly review and understand campaign performance in order to optimize and make strategic decisions.

      • Present creative and creative measurement to peers and senior leaders in a meaningful way.

      • Use data to optimize and improve marketing assets.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of marketing campaign management or project management experience

      • Self-motivated, positive attitude with proven ability to independently manage aggressive deadlines, complex approval processes, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

      • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; strong relationship management skills

      • Understands the importance of corporate standards, procedures, and approval processes

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills

      • Proficient in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe PDF writer

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Financial services experience

      • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

      Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $100,000.00 - $167,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
