- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is: $114,960-206,880. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
