- Assisting team members with the deployment of enterprise technologies.
- Supporting other IT team members and end-users.
- Monitoring and responding to daily support tickets and calls.
- Recommending improvements that simplify business processes and reduce costs.
- Documenting team procedures and writing reports .
Key Responsibilities:
We hire college undergraduates for the following areas: - Application development
- Business analysis/project management
- Infrastructure support
- IT security, and data analysis
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- High School diploma followed by one year of study at an accredited four-year college
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- US Person Status
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple assignments
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
- Ability to relate to all levels of the organization
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
