      Your Role

      As a Digital Artist - AI, you will tap into your boundless creativity to collaboratively ideate towards the design of unique environments, showcasing exemplar design and visualization knowledge for powerful concept imagery. You will embrace procedural and process driven approaches that can adapt to varying visual needs (e.g. prompt engineering and curation, controlled diffusion visualization, creative video editing, digital drawing and photoshop editing). You will be taught our unique ideation workflows that move expansive visual imagery into refined controlled outcomes.

      What You Will Do

      You will have the opportunity to:

      • Learn one-on-one with industry leading experts on new diffusion/digital artistry workflows
      • Be connected to our world-class digital innovation team across the globe
      • Contribute to major worldwide projects as a key artistic support for design teams
      • Design and ideate creatively using mixed-media/technology approaches day-to-day
      • Learn about cutting edge digital innovation and workflows we are developing in-house

      Your Qualifications

      • Minimum Bachelor of Arts in Architecture/3D design/Visualization or equivalent with demonstrable experience in mixed-media digital artistry and visualization, including 1-3 years design practice experience.
      • Proficiency in Stable Diffusion A1111 (and other diffusion software e.g. Midjourney) is a must – along with strong Photoshop + 3D modelling skills in Rhino and Enscape.
      • Experience within the Urban/Commercial/Workplace sector in both interior design and architecture is highly advantageous.
      • Excellent group communication and self-management/organization skills with strong ability to work on high-pressure deadlines (e.g. for competitions)
      • Strong creative writing skills relating to architecture and design terminology is a must
      • Good teaching and community building skills
      • Creative, original, and lateral design thinking demonstrated through a strong visually communicated portfolio.
      • Ability to work well in rapidly iterative environments, capable of adapting to changing project needs
      • Additional 3D visualization software proficiency in Enscape, Twinmotion, 3Ds Max is advantageous
      • Skills in LLM & Python development is advantageous
