Work with our NVDAM team to assess and implement policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of asset metadata
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital archiving needs
Ensure assets are uploaded with proper users & permissions, and that metadata, keywords, cataloging, categorizing, and organization are accurate and consistent.
Audit and update metadata and tags to improve search results
Assist with developing new training materials, and train/onboard new users on how to use our systems easily and effectively
Apply appropriate metadata and tagging to assets for easy search and retrieval, ensuring accurate and efficient asset organization.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in related field
Knowledge of digital asset management principles, practices, and technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
The ability to prioritize and run multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous work with metadata and tagging for improved search results
Experience as a member of a creative team or digital marketing team
Positive experience in a multi-location or global marketing team
We are now looking for a Digital Asset Management Specialist. Our NVIDIA Digital Asset Management (NVDAM) team is growing, and we are searching for an experienced marketing specialist to help enable our marketing teams with the process guidance, organization, cataloging, and maintaining the digital assets that bring the NVIDIA story to life. As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will assist with ensuring established taxonomies, metadata schemas, and the auditing and updating metadata and tags to improve search results. You will also engage and collaborate with our diverse marketing and creative teams, providing user support, assisting with training and onboarding new users. The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD.
