  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  
  - Manage incoming and outgoing wire queues, ensuring proper authentication and timely processing
  - Handle electronic payments through the Automated Clearing House, including exception activity and dispute processing
  - Manage card queues, including orders, fraud notifications, and maintenance
  - Process alternative payment methods and cash letter adjustments
  - Monitor payment disputes and fraud alerts, recommending strategies to minimize exposure
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  
  - In-depth knowledge and service experience with electronic payment systems, including wires, ACH, item processing, and debit cards
  - Extensive knowledge of payment processing regulations, such as Regulation E, OFAC, NACHA, and Mastercard Operating Rules
  - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  - Ability to solve complex business problems and think creatively
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Resilience and ability to work autonomously
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  
  - Experience in the financial industry or related field
  - Familiarity with various operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices
