Contribute to the development of Digital strategies in collaboration with the Global Digital Director.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform digital strategy.
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Reporting of the digital department including KPIs and objectives to analyse performance, success and understand direction and growth opportunities
Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting insights and recommendations for optimization
Management of department meeting agendas, minutes and follow up
Develop high quality written materials, presentations and internal communications for a range of audiences, including proofreading, organizing, and distributing documents as applicable.
Assist in developing and monitoring Digital budgets, providing support in budget planning, forecasting, and managing variances.
Foster collaboration among Digital teams and other relevant departments across the business.
Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project timelines, goals, and objectives.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specific Digital projects.
Ensure vendor relationships are effectively managed and deliverables are met.
Develop and deliver high quality presentations on digital initiatives, project updates, and performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
Manage and coordinate Digital projects from conception to completion.
Work across departments within the Digital team and partner departments to identify scope, dependencies and project planning.
Help to identify solutions which are logical, feasible and cost effective and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and with multiple pressures.
5+ years of applicable Business Co-ordination, Digital or Project Management experience
Strong analytical skills, comfortable analyzing a variety of statistics, reports and databases
High level of expertise in excel and data reporting software like tableau or adobe.
Excellent writing/communications ability.
Excellent powerpoint skills.
Motivated, ambitious, extremely efficient, proactive and a great team player.
Discretionary Bonus Target: (dependent on the business and employee performance payable in March each year)

The Role
As a the Digital Business Manager reporting to the SVP Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital initiatives and projects across the Global Marketing departments.
This position is responsible for overseeing special projects, supporting budget preparation and management, and ensuring effective collaboration among teams to deliver the overall Digital and Marketing strategy. The role also involves preparing presentations, internal communication, and working closely with data.
