      The Digital Campaign Specialist – Asia Pacific

      3 days per week in North Sydney Office (Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)

      This role is responsible for strategizing, designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across the region, with a strong emphasis on paid media, LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing. This role ensures seamless campaign integration with overall marketing objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize engagement, performance, and return on investment (ROI). The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, maintains cultural awareness, and aligns digital strategies with regional business goals.

      • Campaign Performance: Engagement metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) across paid media and email marketing campaigns.
      • ROI & Budget Management: Efficient allocation and optimization of digital campaign budgets with a focus on maximizing ad spending efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
      • Paid Media Optimization: Performance improvements on LinkedIn campaigns, including audience reach, lead generation, and quality of interactions.
      • Email Marketing Effectiveness: Open rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates from targeted email campaigns using Eloqua and HubSpot.
      • Analytics & Reporting: Timely and accurate reporting of campaign results, insights, and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
      • Cross-Team Collaboration: Successful coordination with Asia Pacific Field Marketing Managers and global content/creative teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.
      • Regional Adaptation & Cultural Sensitivity: Implementation of localized campaign strategies considering cultural nuances to enhance relevance and audience connection.

      Qualifications

      Area Skills, Knowledge & Experience
      Industry Specific
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital campaign management, with a focus on paid media

      Environment

      • Strong individual performer and effective in matrix team organizations

      Product / Technical

      • Strong expertise in using the LinkedIn platform for campaign management and optimization.
      • Proficient in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua and HubSpot
      • Experience with Salesforce.com
      • Proficient in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)

      Professional / Task

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
      • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

      Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
      • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
      • Manage LinkedIn paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness.
      • Execute digital advertising across various platforms, optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making.
      Budget & Performance Optimization
      • Manage digital campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective marketing investments.
      • Track and analyze campaign performance, continuously improving ROI through analytics and reporting.
      Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting
      • Provide insights on digital campaign effectiveness through analytics tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
      • Deliver periodic reports highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for future improvement.
