      Department Overview

      The International digital campaigns team is responsible for the management, measurement, lead flow and tracking of robust marketing strategies and tactics supporting the business and sales objectives for the company. The digital team drives a mix of campaign initiatives including, but not limited to, ‘always on’ campaigns, demand generation, Account Based Marketing, and event support targeting the public safety sector.


      Job Description

      IMPORTANT - This role is a 11 month FTC / Fixed Term Contract (permanent).

      This role offers flexible working, remote / hybrid with occasional travel to our London offices.

      The Digital Campaigns Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organisation’s campaign strategy, planning, execution, and measurement for all campaigns covering their defined verticals and geographies.


      Working collaboratively with the broader International marketing team, this position will identify and prioritise campaigns, promotions, and strategies to drive high-priority account engagement, demand generation and sales enablement to our key audiences. Seeking someone who possesses a passion for marketing, and data-driven decision making with a high level of energy seeking to grow and learn in an exciting and rewarding team environment.

      Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

      • Lead the creation of the integrated marketing plan and strategies for defined verticals, including audience segmentation, outbound email, paid and organic media mix, 3rd party media channel recommendations, and website planning and organisation.
      • Take ownership of the digital campaign plan for high-value Account Based marketing initiatives for your region. Working closely with the customer insights team to develop a personalised campaign experience across multiple disciplines.
      • Define common campaign structure and elements to be used across Campaigns including, but not limited to: Email Automation, Content Syndication, Paid Search, Digital Display, Social Media, Events and more.
      • Lead the creation of compelling marketing content and assets to convey the value of our solutions to targeted audiences.
      • Work with the Customer Insights team, Field Marketers and leaders across the product and sales organisations to identify shape campaigns in line with business priorities and opportunities.
      • Coordinate with key functions as they fulfil the programs that comprise a campaign (marketing ops, call centre, sales enablement, marketing analytics), and the tactics that comprise these programs.


      Basic Requirements

      • Bachelor in Marketing or related field
      • 5+ years experience developing highly digital integrated marketing communication and demand generation strategies and campaigns in a B2B environment

      Additional Knowledge/Skills:

      • Experience creating marketing plans and integrated marketing strategies to drive tangible results via a demand waterfall.
      • Experience working with digital media and social marketing platforms as well as online search strategies to drive leads.
      • Ability to develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns to accelerate campaign pipeline across strategic opportunities.
      • Experience of copywriting across emails, social media posts and landing pages.
      • Content marketing experience - particularly in the creation of short-form demand generation content
      • Experience working with marketing automation systems, Eloqua experience a plus.
      • Ability to understand marketing data and analysis while developing plans to adjust tactics from these insights.
      • Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
      • Ability to plan and manage campaign budgets
      • Understanding of solution-selling approach into targeted vertical markets.
      • Familiarity working directly with sales teams and sales leadership.
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong agency management experience.
      • A proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
