Job Description
- Req#: R-0000022213
- Drafts and edits digital assets including blogs, content series, the website, newsletter and social media
- Posts content across channels, and works with other team members to ensure coverage, posting accuracy and timeliness
- Deep understanding of digital technology and platforms suited for website, social, newsletter, analytics management
- Assists in developing social/digital metrics reports –pulling raw data, drafting analysis, and tracking to identified benchmarks
- Helps develop strong digital ecosystem by aligning key moments and campaigns, including Bankwide events and key external moments
- Actively monitors digital properties. Helps develop standards for monitoring and digital practices
- Expert on the platforms including social media channels, messaging apps, and emerging digital channels. This includes but is not limited to X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Medium, Reddit, Quora, YouTube– both as a marketer and as a user
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Deep knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, such as Sprout Social (Simply Measured), Meltwater ( Sysomos ), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, among others
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with a finesse for copywriting
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM
- Self-motivated and conceptual thinker, with ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals and leaders
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines . General understanding of CSS and HTML a big plus

Provides support and execution across all digital properties—from posting, calendaring, and leading online events—to assessing metrics and iterating to achieve optimal performance, while ensuring alignment with the Bank’s external communications strategy . Demonstrate extensive knowledge of w eb and social trends and digital monitoring to effectively amplify the Bank’s work.
Job Description

Hiring Salary Range: $87,000 - $139,000 (San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
