      You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

      How you will contribute

      You will:

      • Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
      • Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
      • Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
      • Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
      • Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
      • Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team
      • Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

      Your role:

      • Help defining and developing end-to-end audience strategies and consumer journeys on B&C, Pure Players and Last Milers.
      • Support connecting consumer/shopper behavior to every category management story to drive online opportunities and category & organizational performance.
      • Develop eRetail Media strategies to impact KPIs on Amazon, Glovo and other online customers, partnering with Media agency and in collaboration with dComm Supervisor.
      • Manage the “flywheel model”– content, search, promo, availability, activation – as an ongoing loop and measure it to assure digital shelf excellence
      • Execute dComm content including creation of PDPs (product display pages), brand stores, digital advertising assets with help of external agencies and marketing teams.
      • Provide insights to brand marketing on white space opportunities.
      • Build Activation plans for retailers in partnership with Account Management
      • Uses data sources to flag underperformance and makes optimization recommendations
      • Support dComm Media budget and spending management
      • Collaborate with eCommerce Central team and other countries to exchange best practices, enriching each other and seizing each and every opportunity

      Education / Certifications:

      • Preferably Master Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing

      Job specific requirements:

      • Preferably 1-2 years of experience
      • Preferably experience in FMCG/eFMCG
      • Good MS Excel skills
      • Excellent English knowledge
