Manage cbrands.com design/development including proactive content management, regular updates, and functionality, to align with company priorities and brand standards to continue to build company reputation and become a best-in-class resource for media, investors, and prospective employees. Collaborate with internal IT team and external agency partners on functionality and design enhancements.
Develop and execute company social media strategy that aligns with business priorities, builds company reputation, and mitigates risk. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as ESG, DEI, Talent, Strategy, and Investor Relations teams, as well as fellow communications team members within the corporate, beer, and wine & spirits divisions, to ensure content alignment and integrity.
Mange the development, execution, and measurement of social media and digital marketing campaigns with a focus on corporate brand building and marketing, leveraging social and digital platforms to build affinity among internal and external stakeholders, promoting our company growth story and unique leadership position in total beverage alcohol.
Set and achieve campaign objectives, KPIs, and timelines to successfully meet strategic imperatives.
Create engaging and relevant content that generates stakeholder action/engagement.
Identify and leverage existing company content that can be adapted for digital amplification.
Ensure content is positioned appropriately and optimized for each specific digital and social platform to successfully resonate with target audiences.
Adopt and maintain the company's voice and tone across all digital and social channels.
Monitor and participate in online conversations ensuring timely and appropriate responses to posts and questions.
Mine data from multiple sources to measure and analyze the performance and impact of digital and social media content and campaigns and provide insights to educate strategic recommendations, optimizations, testing strategies, and best practices.
Collaborate with external agencies and technology vendors for digital and social media related projects including social listening, reporting, and posting content.
Manage objectives/deadlines to successfully meet business goals.
Escalate issues and flag potential concerns to appropriate personnel based on established crisis management process.
Keep informed of industry activities, as well as new digital strategies, resources, opportunities, trends, and techniques.
Proactively escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to communications leadership teams.
Communicate best practices and share lessons learned throughout the organization.
Monitor social media successes and shortfalls of other companies to continuously benchmark our efforts/results.
Follow relevant feeds, blogs, pages, etc. to stay up to date on the latest trends.
Help drive innovation in a “test and learn” culture.
Exceptional proficiency in managing digital channels (social media and corporate website properties).
Superior writing, editing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Assertive self-starter with the ability to operate independently and proactively develop communications solutions that support business objectives.
Ability to think strategically and develop measurable plans that support the company’s business objectives.
Proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams by building strong working relationships built on trust with internal business partners.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, or other related field
5-7 years of experience in digital communications, social media, traditional marketing, or related skills
Strong working knowledge of and experience with various web/advertising/digital technologies, platforms, and usability practices to deliver an exceptional online experience
Advanced understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, direct, social, search, etc.) trends, developments, and technologies and the ability to leverage this knowledge to present business building strategies
Proven track record of leveraging research/analysis to drive strategic direction, best practices and process improvements; strong analytical, data interpretation, and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail, excellent proof reading, command of spelling and grammar
Possesses a spirit of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and innovation
Experience in the alcohol/CPG industry a plus, passion for the industry preferred

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Manager, Digital Communications will be primarily responsible for managing the development, execution, and measurement of digital and media marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels designed to build brand awareness and engagement with target audiences such as current and prospective employees, media, and investors, enhance the company’s reputation, and help drive business objectives. A natural collaborator, you are a trusted partner to internal teams and external agencies, ensuring alignment with and achievement of business goals as well as adherence to best practices. The position reports to the Senior Manager, External Communications. It is preferred that the role be based in Chicago, IL or Rochester, NY, with hybrid work arrangements available. Fully remote and/or other locations will also be considered.

CommunicationsThe salary range for this role is:
$79,800.00 - $167,700.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
