      About the Role:

      We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join the Little Brownie Bakers team. In this role, you will monitor, assess and drive the digital brand experience for Little Brownie Bakers. This includes content development, publishing and community management across our portfolio of Girl Scout Cookies. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of current and emerging digital platforms, best practices and trends and will also have knowledge of the Girl Scout Cookie Program®. This position will be based in our Chicago, IL office.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Execute assigned projects from planning stage to execution and final assessment in order to achieve brand objectives and goals
      • Own social media content creation, activation and execution
      • Manage website development, content and maintenance
      • Monitor, track and report digital brand performance and initiatives
      • Assist in the development and execution of digital communications and resources
      • Maintain an understanding of the Girl Scout Cookie™ social media environment to assess impact on business
      • Partner with Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Legal, Finance, Sales and Logistics to assist in the planning and execution of new initiatives
      • Manage relationships with third-party vendors (i.e.: website developers, research agencies, etc.)

      Who we are looking for:

      • Bachelor’s degree is required
      • 3-5 years of experience in digital brand engagement and marketing
      • Excellent critical thinking skills for decision-making, prioritization and proactive planning
      • Proven ability to influence through excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines
      • Team player who builds diverse, inclusive relationships and develops synergies across boundaries
      • Accountable for results through being effective in the decision-making process
      • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset while embracing innovation and demonstrating agility and continuous learning
      • Strong experience with design applications: Illustrator, Canva and/or InDesign
      • Digital skills: Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus
