What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client-facing projects or workstreams, ensuring effective project management and delivery
- Conduct intensive data analysis and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Create compelling client-ready presentations that articulate project findings and recommendations
- Mentor and develop junior team members, including Analysts and Coachees
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing specifications, and conducting tests
- 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with minimal supervision
- At least 2 years of experience with Hyperion Planning/PBCS/EPBCS and Essbase or FCCS/ARCS/EDMCS/PCMCS
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in cloud-based enterprise solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with automation scripts (MaxL) and integration of the full Hyperion suite
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView
- Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating results to teams
- Willingness to travel as needed for client projects
