      The Role: Digital Content Designer

      As a Digital Content Designer, you will be responsible for owning and defining digital content standards across all digital experience channels. You will create, maintain and optimise digital content standards that meet a range of guidelines associated with usability, accessibility and engagement. In addition you will be responsible for website information architecture and taxonomy, including maintenance of standards. You will collaborate with UX and Design, along with channel execution to ensure digital content standards are applied to optimise digital content standards.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and maintain website information architecture
      • Develop and maintain digital content standards that are referenced by content developers and copywriters
      • Manage the website taxonomy including sitemap
      • Manage the website meta-data standards for document and image asset management
      • Develop content guidelines through collaboration for digital channel formats including web, mobile-web, e-mail, social posts
      • Develop content in support of prototype development and user testing
      • Collaborate across digital channel teams, marketing communications and customer communications teams to promote digital content standards
      • Manage and own key policy content (accessibility, privacy, website T&C’s)
      • Develop content guidelines for accessibility best-practices and maintain content accessibility standards
      • Communicate content standards, frameworks and guidelines to teams and stakeholders

      Key Skills and Experience:

      • Experience in digital content development and management
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Proficiency in content management systems and digital mapping tools
      • Experience in usability and accessibility frameworks
      • Experience in developing standards, guidelines and policy materials
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
