Professional videography and photography including shooting and editing footage;
Creating digital content for social media channels that leverages current trends and algorithms;
Identifying, researching and developing concepts, storyboards, scripts and storylines for social media content;
Planning, scheduling and coordinating all aspects of the video production process and photoshoot process from pre- to post-production;
Preparing for and conducting interviews with subject-matter experts to distill complex topics into compelling online videos;
Evaluating the work and deliverables at each stage of the production lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency across video content;
Recommending creative solutions, ideal video durations, and optimal formats and styles for each online platform, product or experience.
Current technologies and software required to produce contemporary video content;
Current technologies to take and edit professional photos;
Best practices in visual storytelling;
Production and project management;
Trends in online video consumption across different platforms and social media channels.
We are looking for a Digital Content Producer
What we are looking for:
Minimum of Three (3) years of relevant and recent experience in:
Knowledge of:
Education: Degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Media and Production, Communications, Multimedia and Design) or an acceptable combination of education and experience in a creative services environment, with an emphasis on professional video production.
Compensation: E6 - $79,134 $ to $97,933
Status: Temporary 18-month Full-Time Position (#90379). Your application could be considered for similair positions.
Security Level: Reliability Status
Location: 100, Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec and possibility of hybrid workLanguage: CBB We encourage all candidates to submit their application, regardless of whether they believe they meet the linguistic requirements of the position.
