Write content for our consumer websites according to the Howden/DUAL in-house style guide and Tone of Voice.
Revise and edit content before publication.
Support the Digital Marketing Manager in global delivery of content (US, Australia, New Zealand, UK).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including content writers, designers, UX for timely delivery of content.
Ensure digital content is fully optimised for SEO & UX best practice
Build out content and new pages in our CMS.
Give feedback on others’ writing in a compassionate, constructive manner.
Ensure all content published is factually correct and approved by all parties (stakeholders, legal and compliance teams).
Previous experience in a similar digital content role, where you would have gained experience in on-page SEO and social best practice.
Strong creative writing skills (please provide examples).
Experience with GA4 analytics, SEMrush, MoZ.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
CIM/IDM Diploma /Certificate in Digital Marketing related subject would be advantageous.

At DUAL we are currently undertaking a global rebrand that will involve developing and implementing a new visual identity for the business. This project will also involve reviewing and migrating some of our current sub-brands across the business, making it a busy but exciting project to be part of.
In this role, you will be writing and editing website content ensuring our distinct brand voice comes to life. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your key stakeholder relationships will be a range of marketing, business and insurance professionals who need your help to create genuinely engaging content.
Please note this role is initially structured as a 6-month FTC and follows a hybrid work pattern, where you will be required to be onsite at our Central London office 2-3 days per week on average.
