You’ll use your expertise in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content publishing tools as well as the broader suite of Adobe products to take the lead on managing and improving our Adobe content publishing and content management processes and support the wider CommSec organization in its content goals.

      Be part of the big picture:

      The Digital Content Producer role position sits within the Engagement & Personalisation, Centre of Excellence (COE) which is part of a wider Digital & Customer crew. You’ll report to the Content and CommSEEK Senior Manager, but your day-to-day focus will be part of the Engage & Grow squad.

      As a Digital Content Producer, you’ll lead various initiatives across CommSec.

      Your day will be about:

      • Building new content and experiences using a combination of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), components via preconfigured templates and stand-alone HTML pages as required

      • Managing the delivery of new content publishing requests and updates across the CommSec websites & apps., including adding new content, removing discontinued content, updating marketing and promotional items and product categories

      • Collaborating with digital and product squads, our media team, capability and tech teams to implement or enable the business with new content initiatives

      • Using Adobe Target and to create, optimise and manage CommSec’s content plans

      • Content governance and administration, including performing regular audits on content supporting team Risk & Compliance requirements

      We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great stakeholder management

      • Website content management, campaign management and optimisation via tools such as Adobe Experience Manager and Umbraco, or similar platforms would be of benefit.

      • Experience with using web analytics and reporting systems to measure performance with tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google.

      • Relevant tertiary qualifications, i.e. IT, Marketing or Communication is preferable, although industry experience is also highly regarded.

      • Experience with digital customer segmentation would be advantageous with tools such as Adobe Audience Manager

      • Experience with website conversion optimisation and campaign management via A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely or Google Optimize

      • Experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS desirable
