- Working collaboratively with internal teams i.e. account management, festival marketing and media team.
- Helping in the asset delivery and approval process with internal marketing teams, and brand clients
- Contributing to digital reports by collating stats across multiple data sources
- Resourceful and flexible with a positive ‘can do’ approach

- Skilled at multi-tasking, essential for working on multiple partners and multiple festivals at once
- An attention to detail second to none
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suites

- Support line manager in internal festival marketing meetings; create agenda and share actions

- Support across digital partnership delivery ensuring all deadlines are kept to
- Asset collation and delivery across stakeholders (festival marketing teams) for posting - socials, web, app, newsletter etc
- Own internal status sheets
- Organise team folders and POA
- Support on data collection and analysis across partner digital reporting

Role Description
The Partnerships Digital Team requires an experienced Coordinator to join the Marketing Partnerships department.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running taking direction to deliver a wide range of partnerships across the Live Nation festival and venue portfolio.
The Partnerships Coordinator will be supporting digital managers in partnership delivery, attention to detail an important skill, overseeing all partner integration across festival digital platforms.
The role would suit someone who excels in a fast paced environment, works on their own initiative and is a good multi-tasker.
