Responsibilities Global Strategy & Transformation at PepsiCo The Strategy and Transformation function plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo’s sustainable growth by driving strategic choices and delivering breakthrough capabilities for some of the most challenging issues facing the company. We generate fresh and disruptive ideas to support top-line and bottom-line growth and drive the organization to make resource allocation decisions to build competitive advantages that maximize value for PepsiCo and deliver customer and consumer experiences through disruptive innovations including value chain modernization and digital transformation. S&T Digital Culture & Engagement Analyst Work with Digital Culture & Engagement Director and Digital Culture Squad, support the company’s digital culture initiatives to drive PepsiCo associates’ engagement in Our Digital Evolution by fostering behaviors, ways of working and skills that enable our transformation. Support the digital culture communication strategy and work with key stakeholders to develop communications materials. Design, plan and execute Digital Culture & Engagement campaigns aligned with main initiatives and ensure Our Digital Evolution brand consistency (including but not limited to SMM, Digital Ambassador Program, Grab a Byte series, and Knowledge Management). Digital Ambassador Program community management Ideation for gamification, contests, and experiential rewards. Serve as the social media expert and content strategist, managing our channels by implementing strategies and tactics with an agile approach that engage our Digital Ambassadors and end-users to help drive passion and commitment to Digital Transformation. (i.e., Yammer, LinkedIn) Actively engaging in dialogue with the community via social channels in real time to boost engagement. Use feedback and insights from community engagement and share with cross-functional team in real time to help the Digital Culture Squad to evolve its initiatives and maintain impact for business and employees. Support BODCE, S&T and ODE with employee engagement including content management across sites and channels, material repositories, distribution list management, intra and inter area information flow. Compensation & Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $67,800 - $113,550. • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
