- Req#: 202505-113639
- Review incoming consent documents from the field team to ensure compliance with required standards prior to archiving.
- Accurately upload verified documents into internal systems in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the digital archiving process, ensuring all documentation is up to date and well-organized.
- Ensure healthcare organization (HCO) consent forms are correctly and promptly uploaded to the relevant systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all documentation aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Currently a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or pursuing a master's/PhD degree
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Available to work on-site at least 3 days a week for a duration of six months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
