      Digital Customer Marketing Manager

      As the Digital Customer Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing activities for key customers, aligned with the customer marketing strategy. These customers include distributors and large end-customers.

      About the Role

      As Digital Customer Marketing Manager you will establish and maintain marketing and merchandising relationships with strategic customers and propose and activate the marketing aspects of joint business plans for both off and online business: including promotion management, product launches and re-launches.

      The primary place of work is our Dunstable office, however under our hybrid working model you will have the opportunity to work from home, two days per week.

      With extensive UK & ROI travel required to develop customer relationships you will also be required to travel 3-4 times per year within Europe and travel to attend customer visits within the UK.

      What You Will Do

      • Manage the customer marketing budget.
      • Coordinate local marketing plans.
      • Monitor and adjust the product mix with sales leads.
      • Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns.
      • Improve online listings and content accuracy.
      • Track and optimise private label processes.
      • Create co-branded sales materials and digital tools.
      • Coordinate training and loyalty programs.

      Who You Are

      • Extensive experience within Marketing/Digital Marketing
      • Previous experience in Digital shelf monitoring would be advantageous
      • Previous B2B/B2B marketing experience
      • Strong stakeholder relationship management
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      • Adept at developing relationships with people across all levels of business
