      Digital Data, Business Analyst Co-Op

      Are you a dynamic Business Analyst, interested in challenging the status quo, by understanding data-business value drivers? Can you act as the intermediary between the business and D&A, organizing and helping build strong relationships, and delivering value made easy by exposing services, offerings, products, training, and engagement models that are available to stakeholders? If so, we have a great opportunity within our Data Analytics group. Candidates must be within driving distance of our Morristown, NJ location, as the position entails some onsite responsibilities.

      Main Responsibilities:

      • Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data/computer science, Business, or other relevant discipline at an accredited university.
      • Prior work-related intern or co-op experience, especially within complex, global environments preferred, but not required.
      • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage, and complete high-volume tasks by deadlines.
      • Creative, with the ability to design effective communications, websites, and presentations.
      • Ability to work under general supervision and take initiative to solve problems under supervisor's direction.
      • Able to work well independently and within a team, in a hybrid office/remote environment.
      • Action-orientated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
      • Ability to multi-task, take and handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders, and prioritize effectively.
      • Interest in exposure to digital and data technologies.

      About You

      • Strong experience with SharePoint (incl. site visual design) and familiarity with other Microsoft 365 apps (incl. Sway, Forms, Engage, Stream).
      • Familiarity with content and graphic design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva), visualization tools (e.g., undraw, Noun Project), and other current content creation resources (incl. leveraging AI).
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Outlook), and Microsoft Teams.
      • Familiarity with data visualization technologies (e.g., Power BI) is valuable, but not required.
      • Keen attention to detail and take the time to understand what exists vs. what is possible, and stakeholders’ needs and challenges.
      • Continually seek to improve your knowledge of new technologies to drive the development of simple, yet effective solutions.
      • Enjoy partnering with stakeholders to design and implement meaningful outcomes.
      • Collaborative self-starter, see challenges as opportunities, and are results-oriented.
